Incorporating Rubbertech & Exipro (Swaziland) |
|
|
 |
|
Exipro Swaziland (Pty) Ltd. is a privately owned company,
which has been producing plumber’s brassware for two decades. Rubbertech
Swaziland (Pty) Ltd. joined the group more recently and produces rubber waste
traps. Both production facilities are based in a company-owned building in
Matsapha, Swaziland, and share administrative resources. The company is
currently planning additions to allow for expansion of its operations.
Timeline:
-
1987: Exipro was registered and first started assembling
pumps, later it ventured into the production of a basic range of taps. The
company was privately owned and run.
-
1995: A mining house bought the company, together with two
other factories in similar fields. The company consolidated all the brass work
in Swaziland and invested extensively in plant.
-
1999: The company was sold to its directors and became a
private company once again.
-
2005: Three rubber processing factories were purchased and
the Rubbertech plant was established on the same site as Exipro.
